Delivery Processing:

Unless otherwise stated against a product, all orders are despatched/delivered within 30 days of order acceptance, although this will be earlier in the majority of orders.

Please Note: Orders are despatched upon all items being available for despatch. We do not under normal circumstances despatch items within a multi line order under separate shipments. In situations where an item is delayed in excess of originally known schedules, then part shipment can be advised and provided upon request for available items. Requests for part shipment in advance of the entire order being available and within the longest stated despatch and delivery scheduled item may attract a separate shipping fee and will be advised upon receipt of such requests on an order by order basis.

Please note: Two Left Feet supplied and Mamas & Papas supplied products can not be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Two Left Feet (Availability / Despatch) Schedules:

The following stock/availability icons and notifications are effective for products provided by Two Left Feet (excludes Mamas & Papas products which are detailed separately within this page):

Item is in stock and should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days, dependant on delivery destination.

Multi package items contain two or more items for which a 'top of page' stock icon is not possible to display due to the potential differing availability and despatch of the items contained within it. Where possible, items within a multi package item will have item-by-item despatch data available next to it (This is being expanded upon at present and will over the following weeks cover all multi item purchase pages). In all cases of a multi package item, despatch is conducted once all items are available, so we will pick and assign available items to your order and place these within our customer assigned area of our warehouse whilst the last item is available and despatch as a single order to you. If you require separate despatch of items within a multi item package in advance all items being available, then a separate shipping fee may be applicable per shipment (this will be advised if required upon your request).

Package Multi items which are not yet updated with stock availability or despatch data on the options within the package, can take up to approx 30 days to despatch. Please call our sales line if you need this package earlier than this time scale, so we can ascertain the individual items availability for you.

Choice dependant items will invariably contain two or more actual products, maybe from more than one supplier/manufacturer. Where possible (which is currently a work in progress across all product ranges), each item or choice within a multi choice and/or multi optional product page will show estimated availability and despatch information.

Choice dependant items which are not yet updated with stock availability or despatch data on the options within a choice dependant assigned product, can take up to 30 days to despatch. Please call our sales line if you need these items earlier than this time scale, so we can ascertain the individual items availability for you as accurately as possible whilst this work is completed.

Items which show a number of days for the delivery icon dictates that the item should come to us from the manufacturer within the number of working days described and then be despatched to you once received.

Items which show a number of weeks for the delivery icon dictates that the item is enroute to us from the manufacturer and is already booked to arrive within the number of weeks described on the stock icon or options statement, or booked upon orders for this product being received and should arrive within this time frame and then be despatched to you once received within our warehouse.

This and other stock availability icons containing the words 'deposit based' are normally special order products and sometimes built upon order placement. Deposits are non refundable and the balance is normally paid direct to the manufacturer upon direct delivery and/or assembly. Delivery is normally within 4 - 6 weeks, but will be advised nearer to the delivery time by the manufacturer. Please note: Boori Walnut & Jarrah finish products currently have a 6 - 10 week delivery schedule.

This and other stock availability icons containing the words 'built to order' are special order products where the manufactuer builds the item(s) based solely on the order having been placed. These item(s) can not be cancelled under the 7 day distance selling regulations nor refunded. You MUST ensure that you are 100% sure that this is the item you want prior to making the purchase with us. This includes, but is not limited to: Dutailier Chairs and Stools, Kidsmill & Boori furniture and, Silver Cross Coach Built prams.

These items are ordered through the Mamas & Papas website and delivery schedules are detailed on the product pages within the M & P website. Please note: Separate delivery charges apply for items ordered within the M & P website.

Items which are no longer available from stock and/or no longer available from the manufacturer will initially display this stock icon on its main single item page and where applicable, if it forms an optional choice amongst other products then will be noted next to that option; all prior to full confirmation of the item being discontinued and subsequent full removal from the website.

Mamas & Papas (Despatch) Schedules:

The following stock/availability icons and notifications are effective for products provided by Mamas & Papas (excludes Two Left Feet products which are detailed separately within this page):

* An additional £30 charge will be incurred for delivery to the Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and delivery will take an additional working day. Please note that UK VAT will be levied on all sales. Delivery is not available to the Scottish Isles.

** Excludes the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Dutailier chairs and stools supplied via Mamas & Papas are specifically made-to-order and delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks. You will receive a letter once the product is ready for despatch to confirm delivery.

Mamas & Papas Standard delivery. Despatched within 4 full working days. Item will be despatched from stock holdings held by Two Left Feet or despatched direct from Mamas & Papas to the delivery address.

* Mamas & Papas delivery. Despatch within 4 working days. Item will be despatched from stock holdings held by Two Left Feet or despatched direct from Mamas & Papas to the delivery address.

** Mamas & Papas delivery. Despatch within 14 working days. Item will be despatched from stock holdings held by Two Left Feet or despatched direct from Mamas & Papas to the delivery address.

** Mamas & Papas will contact you with details of the confirmed date for delivery and FREE furniture assembly service.



International Mamas & Papas Deliveries: Delivery is available outside of the UK on the majority of Mamas & Papas products. If you would like to purchase products to send overseas, please contact us to explain your needs and we can then provide you with specific options available to you.
