Customer Service System Upgrades:
Due to upgrades being conducted on our after sales and staff facing order management systems, we will be unable to advise via the telephone on a customers order status at point of call, therefore after sales and order status calls will be unavailable from Thursday 1st May 2008 to Tuesday 19th May 2008 (inclusive).
