Delivery (Stock Availability) Details:



Free UK Delivery for orders over £25.00 including Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. Under £25 purchase value, shipping is charged as follows: UK Mainland (charged at £3.95 per order), Highlands & Islands (charged at £10 per order) and Northern Ireland (price on request based on order lines - min £10), as well as Mamas & Papas gateway connected products. Mamas & Papas standard terms & conditions, which includes a delivery charge (as stated on the Mamas and Papas website) applies.

Highlands & Islands Postcodes: The following postcodes are what are classed by our couriers as highland and island rates: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44 - 56, FK17 - 99, G83, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 39, KW1 - 14, PA21 - 33, PA35 - 40, PH18 - 26, PH30 - 42, HS1 - 9, IV40 - 51, IV55 - 56, KA27 - 28, KW15 - 17, PA20, PA34, PA41 - 48, PA60 - 78, PH42 - 44 & ZE1 - 3.

In Stock

Item has in excess of 5 in stock and is normally available for immediate despatch.


Packaged Deal Items

Package deals contain multiple items, possibly spread across multiple brands and areas of the site. Due to the complex nature of these package deal combinations, some items may not be possible to report on stock nor be available for immediate delivery. We recommend packaged items are purchased as pre-planned products (in advance of need) and although in many cases we should be able to complete the full order within 7 - 10 working days, you are advised to allow 4 - 6 weeks to cover all possible items being available. We will advise if items are delisted or become unavailble in excess of the suggested time scales provided above.


10 - 14 Day Delivery

Item will come to us through the Manufacturer and despatched within 10-14 working Days.


2 - 3 Weeks Delivery

Item will come to us through the Manufacturer and despatched approximately 2 - 3 weeks.


4 - 6 Weeks Delivery

Item will come to us through the Manufacturer and despatched approximately 4 - 6 weeks later.


Low On Stock

Item is in stock for immediate delivery but will have approximately 5 or less in stock.


While Stocks Last

Two Left Feet has a calender of offers that usually sell very fast. Items displaying this icon are only available at the price shown whilst this actual stock holding exists. Should your item be ordered and we have sold out of stock from online or showroom sales, then an alternative will be offered or you can cancel the item in question.


Coming Soon

This will usually be a pre launch of a new product or new design when the exact due date is unconfirmed and is more related to a campaign linked to a manufacturer to showcase new designs.


Pre Order Product

This will usually be a pre launch of a new product or new design and the exact due date will be listed in the details of the product (when confirmed to us) when it is available within the UK.


Deposit Based Order

These will be Kidsmill & Boori Furniture were the deposit is paid directly to TWO LEFT FEET and the balance is paid to the supplier upon assembly of the furniture. Exaxt deposit details will be listed within the details of each product.Please note these items are non returnable. this does not affect your statutory rights.


Built to Order (Tick)

This apply to Dutailier nursing chairs, the item will be made to your request and delivery will be 4-8 weeks from date of order. Please note these items are non returnable. this does not affect your statutory rights.Silver Cross Coach Built pram orders are NON-refundable as these are special customer made orders.


Built to Order (QM)

This applies to Dutailier nursing chairs and a few other items within the site, the item will be made to your request and delivery will be 4-8 weeks from date of order. Items of this nature can not be cancelled once the order has been placed due to the special 'built to order' nature of the item - please check that you want the item before placing an order for such items as we can not cancel such orders.


M & P Delivery

These items are ordered through the Mamas & Papas website and delivery schedules are detailed on the product pages within the M & P website. Please note: Delivery charges apply for items ordered within the M & P website.


Delivery Schedule:



All availability and delivery details are approximate and should be used as a guide only. Two Left Feet processes between 300 - 500 orders in any 24 hour period and items can go out of stock very quickly. Fast moving items are always ordered in advance of stock depletion, but on occasions demand can exceed supply from the manufacturers. Two Left Feet currently maintains a rolling stock holding in excess of 1.5m to process customer orders as promptly as possible, whilst being the only retailer to offer the widest range of premium brands within the UK.

You must sign for all goods as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do this may result in prolonged delays in processing your claim for any damaged or faulty goods, once the courier has left the premises.

Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any refund of monies due to you (this will be equivalent to our return courier fee, and is weight dependant).

Your order will be processed the next working day from point of ordering. Two Left Feet will normally deliver your goods within ten to fourteen working days of ordering, with some exceptions. Brands such as Kidsmill, Dutailier, and Bebecar furniture room sets, will be delivered within four to six weeks of ordering.

Items which are in stock, or included in our Two Day Delivery section, will be despatched the next day, for delivery the following day.

Due to high levels of internet fraud since the introduction of chip and pin all of our orders are security checked to prevent any fraudulant transactions. On occasions you may be asked extra security questions prior to goods being sent.

Returns Policy:



IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR CREDIT, PLEASE EMAIL THE RELAVENT MANUFACTURER EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THAT PRODUCT, DETAILS OF WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON OUR 'CONTACT US' PAGE - YOU WILL THEN BE ALLOCATED A RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER.

In the unlikely event that we have sent an incorrect product/colour, please email the specific product manufacturer email address, which can be located on our 'Contact Us' page. Two Left Feet will cover any carriage charges where any picking error is apparent.
WE CAN NOT PROCESS A RETURN WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER

7 day no quibble returns policy *

Two Left Feet are happy to refund or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, however they MUST be returned unused in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and have your unique Returns Number form/number attached to the outer box. Returns costs are at your expense.

How to Return a Product
Products must be returned to Returns Dept, Two Left Feet, 11-14 Sunbeam Road, Woburn Rd Ind. Est. Kempston, Bedford. MK42 7BY.

Returns Number must be obtained by emailing us (please state your product, your order number and reason for return in the mail) we will post you a returns form with your Returns number on and a document holder, this must be attached with the returns address showing and returned to us. We will arrange a courier if required to pick up goods at your cost. (details below)

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We do not refund Return postage or postage and packaging of spares and repairs.

Product under guarantee: All goods that develop a manufacturing fault within the first 28 days will be exchanged.

Please follow the guide as above to obtain a Returns Number and returns form.

All goods that develop a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period but after 28 days will be repaired free of charge or at the discretion of the manufacturer replaced.
Repairs
Sometimes products may develop a fault, should this happen during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired. Initially, we ask you to report your fault to our email services at aftersales @ twoleftfeet.co.uk.

You may be prompted to send digital images of any faults, where possible. You will also be requested to detail any fault with the product so that, with our product knowledge, we may be able to offer you a replacement part.


Accidental Damage: All goods that have been accidentally damaged whether within the guarantee or not can be repaired at your cost. Please email returns as above for information.

Loan Products: We have loan pushchairs available, which we can supply subject to availability whilst yours is away for repair.

* Any products that are special order are not covered under the 7 day no quibble return policy.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

You can return your goods back to us yourself, or we can arrange a collection.

We charge a collection fee of £25.00. This charge will cover collection of the goods via courier, all administration and return back to you. If your repair is deemed chargeable by the manufacturer, then this charge will be passed onto you, additional to any collection charges already applied.

All goods being collected by our couriers MUST be boxed securely.

Goods which are not boxed adequately will not be accepted, under ANY circumstances.

(Once your goods are inspected by the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on whether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always abide with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. Being a retailer, and not responsible for the design, production or engineering of these products, we believe that this decision lies solely with the manufacturer.)

Obviously, we understand that having your pushchair is a crucial part of life, therefore we can supply the use of a loan pushchair while yours is being inspected/repaired, subject to availability. Please bear in mind that this is not a legal requirement, but something which we would always endeavor to do, if an appropriate temporary replacement is available
