Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, confirm your order, and this will automatically place the goods into your shopping basket. To view the contents of your basket, please click 'View Cart' on the left-hand top corner of your browser. After you have finished your shopping, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. If you are not familiar with ordering online, or require any assistance, please call or sales team who can guide you through this process, alternatively we can place your order over the phone.
Your payment is debited upon placing your order, this is so that our subsequent order with our suppliers is secured for you.
We accept all major credit & Debit cards. You may alternatively send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All sizes, weights and colours shown, are intended as a guide only and are approximate.

Shipping And Handling

Most items are sent via our couriers, Parceline, who will deliver directly to your door normally within 24 hours of despatch. Smaller items, such as bedding and weighing under 1kgs etc, are sent via Royal Mail. Please note that couriered items are delivered between the hours on 9am and 5pm. We can however offer an evening or Saturday delivery for an additional courier fee, if this is more convenient. Please email us at salesorders@twoleftfeet.co.uk for more details.

For items outside of UK mainland, please email us for shipping costs which vary and are weight dependant, however your attention is directed to the following FREE shipping and Highland & Islands / Northern Ireland delivery costing information:

Free UK Delivery for all orders over £25.00 including Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. Under £25 purchase value, shipping is charged as follows: UK Mainland (charged at £3.95 per order), Highlands & Islands (charged at £10 per order) and Northern Ireland (price on request based on order lines - min £10), as well as Mamas & Papas gateway connected products. Mamas & Papas standard terms & conditions, which includes a delivery charge (as stated on the Mamas and Papas website) applies.

Highlands & Islands Postcodes:- The following postcodes are what are classed by our couriers as highland and island rates: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44 - 56, FK17 - 99, G83, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 39, KW1 - 14, PA21 - 33, PA35 - 40, PH18 - 26, PH30 - 42, HS1 - 9, IV40 - 51, IV55 - 56, KA27 - 28, KW15 - 17, PA20, PA34, PA41 - 48, PA60 - 78, PH42 - 44 & ZE1 - 3.

Should our couriers attempt to make a delivery when you are not at home, they will leave a calling card with consignment details along with a telephone number of their local depot so that you may arrange re-delivery on a suitable day for you. You can of course arrange to collect the goods from their depots also. Should their calling card not be responded to, then the goods will automatically be re-directed back to Two Left Feet. If re-delivery is required at this point, then you will be charged a carriage fee, payable over the phone either by your initial purchase card, or by any other credit/debit card if you wish.
If you require our couriers to leave your order with a neighbour or other, you MUST notify us in writing via email or fax. We cannot accept liability for goods left unattended upon your request.

If your goods are required by a specific date or urgently, we recommend that you check our stock availability by calling our sales team prior to ordering. This will avoid any unnecessary disappointment. Please bear in mind that stock levels can change from day to day.

Delivery Schedule

You must sign for all goods as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do this may result in prolonged delays in processing your claim for any damaged or faulty goods, once the courier has left the premises.

Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any refund of monies due to you (this will be equivalent to our return courier fee, and is weight dependant).

Your order will be processed the next working day from point of ordering. Two Left Feet will normally deliver your goods within ten to fourteen working days of ordering, with some exceptions. Brands such as Kidsmill, Dutailier, and Bebecar furniture room sets, will be delivered within four to six weeks of ordering.
Items which are in stock, or included in our Two Day Delivery section, will be despatched the next day, for delivery the following day. Due to high levels of internet fraud since the introduction of chip and pin all of our orders are security checked to prevent any fraudulant transactions. On occasions you may be asked extra security questions prior to goods being sent.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% (13.1% & 5% for certain items) in VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site

Guarantee

Two Left Feet offer a six month guarantee on all pushchairs, excluding Bugaboo and Stokke, who offer a 2 year guarantee, and Mountain Buggy and Phil & Teds, whom offer a 1 year guarantee.

All of our goods offer a 7 Day 'No Quibble Guarantee' in addition to any manufacturers guarantee. Any item purchased through www.twoleftfeet.co.uk, may be returned within seven days of delivery providing that all packaging is complete, the goods are unused and your receipt is enclosed, at your expense. When returning any goods, you MUST provide your receipt and a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods. This MUST be attached to the OUTSIDE of the box containing the goods. Failure to comply with this may result in unnecessary delays in processing any refund or exchange.

Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by Two Left Feet, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Please note that the use of Buggy Boards on any pushchair will automatically make any guarantee with manufacturer and retailer alike, null and void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of these, will not be repaired free of charge, and will incur additional carriage fees back to the customer.

All guarantees are effective from the date of delivery.

Your right to cancel. You may cancel your order at any time. We would urge you to advise us of this at your earliest convenience. If your cancellation is received after despatch, you will incur courier charges for its return.
Please note that Business Post collection fees are £20.00 up to 20kgs, and 45p per kilo thereafter.
It can help us and you, if you include your reasons for your cancellation. So if you wish, please do so. Also, upon any cancellation, you must include your order number. Without this information, you may experience delays in our processing your refund or exchange.

All cancellations must be via email, letter or fax. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence pertaining to this must be documented for all parties concerned.

PLEASE NOTE: All BOORI, DUTAILIER & KIDSMILL FURNITURE, deposits and Silver Cross Coach Built pram orders are NON-refundable as these are special customer made orders.

Any cancellation reimbursement due to you will be processed as soon as possible, but in a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of cancellation. This is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.


Please do not email any other address as you will be redirected to our accounts department. All refunds and reimbursements are dealt solely through this email address and not via any other means. This again is due to the fact that all correspondence must be documented for your peace of mind and our records

We believe that we offer the best in customer care and handling approximately five hundred new customers daily as well as approximately seven hundred telesales calls, we do from time to time make mistakes, we are only human. Whereupon such incidents occur, we will always do our absolute utmost to rectify these situations swiftly and efficiently. All of the staff at Two Left Feet are highly trained and competent in all aspects of product knowledge, customer care and safety related issues.

Two Left Feet does not disclose any information on its customer's to any third party on any occasion. The only exception to this rule is for our couriers' delivery requirements.

Returns Policy

Sometimes products may develop a fault, should this happen during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired. Initially, we ask you to report your fault to our email services at service @ twoleftfeet.co.uk.

You may be prompted to send digital images of any faults, where possible. You will also be requested to detail any fault with the product so that, with our product knowledge, we may be able to offer you a replacement part.

7 day no quibble returns policy *

Two Left Feet are happy to refund or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, however they MUST be returned unused in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and have your unique Returns Number form attached to the outer box. Returns costs are at your expense.
How to Return a Product
Products must be returned to Returns Dept, Two Left Feet, 11-14 Sunbeam Road, Woburn Rd Ind. Est. Kempston, Bedford. MK42 7BY.
Returns Number must be obtained by emailing service @ twoleftfeet.co.uk (please state your product, your order number and reason for return in the mail) we will post you a returns form with your Returns number on and a document holder, this must be attached with the returns address showing and returned to us. We will arrange a courier if required to pick up goods at your cost.(details below)
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do not refund Return postage or postage and packaging of spares and repairs.
Product under guarantee
All goods that develop a manufacturing fault within the first 28 days will be exchanged.
Please follow the guide as above to obtain a Returns Number and returns form.
All goods that develop a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period but after 28 days will be repaired free of charge or at the discretion of the manufacturer replaced.
Accidental Damage
All goods that have been accidentally damaged whether within the guarantee or not can be repaired at your cost. Please email returns as above for information.
Loan Products
We have loan pushchairs available, which we can supply subject to availability whilst yours is away for repair.
* Any products that are special order are not covered under the 7 day no quibble return policy.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Returns further information

You can return your goods back to us yourself, or we can arrange a collection.

We charge a collection fee of £25.00. This charge will cover collection of the goods via courier, all administration and return back to you. If your repair is deemed chargeable by the manufacturer, then this charge will be passed onto you, additional to any collection charges already applied.

All goods being collected by our couriers MUST be boxed securely.
Goods which are not boxed adequately will not be accepted, under ANY circumstances.

(Once your goods are inspected by the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on whether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always abide with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. Being a retailer, and not responsible for the design, production or engineering of these products, we believe that this decision lies solely with the manufacturer.)

Obviously, we understand that having your pushchair is a crucial part of life, therefore we can supply the use of a loan pushchair while yours is being inspected/repaired, subject to availability. Please bear in mind that this is not a legal requirement, but something which we would always endeavor to do, if an appropriate temporary replacement is available
